“This isn’t Just a School. It’s my community.”

Simplistic Solutions Inc. was founded in 2015 by Kathy Johnson, a passionate educator with over two decades of experience working with struggling learners. What began as a small after-school tutoring program quickly evolved into a comprehensive psycho-educational institution dedicated to students with neurodiverse learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and other neurological or academic challenges. Simplistic Solutions Academy’s mission stemmed from a deep desire to close learning gaps, build confidence, and foster lifelong success for students who were underserved by traditional educational systems.

Today, SSA serves students from preschool through high school with individualized educational plans, evidence-based instruction, and small mixed-age classes of 10 or fewer. Our educators receive specialized training to provide effective instruction and support for students with neurodiverse needs, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, ABA therapy, executive functioning disorder, and ADHD. We offer a life skills classroom, advocacy, collaboration with other educational and psychological services, and holistic support, while effectively working with parents to ensure our students receive precisely what they need to achieve optimal success.
